The Basics
Not more than one dental cleaning, exam, and fluoride treatment every six months.
VIP Status
Verber Dental Plan patients receive VIP status with treatment concierge service to assist with primary scheduling.
Regular Check-Ups
1 set of check-up x-rays per year.
X Rays
A complete set of x-rays eligible every 3 years.
Pricing
The head of the organization, company, group, neighborhood, etc. decides whether they will cover the cost of the plan or pass it on to the members. Once that is decided, enrolling is quick and easy!

Family / Individual Plan

Group Plan
Save 20% on the cost of your plan by joining a group or creating a group. Create a group by signing up your workplace, neighborhood, association, etc.
Coupon codes to share with your group members will be provided. Group plans must have at least 5 members enrolled within 12 months of plan creation.
Enterprise Plan
Save 20% and Head of Household costs if you have one payor enrolling all group members. This plan offers the best saving for employers that want to provide dental plans AND cover cost for their teams.
