All Plans Include:
- 1 dental cleaning every 6 months
- 1 dental exam every 6 months
- 1 set of check-up x-rays per year
- 1 fluoride treatment every 6 months
- 1 panoramic x-ray every 3 years
The annual membership fee is $265 for the first member of household, $215 for each additional household adult and $165 for each additional household child.
You can add an additional individual adult family member of the same household for $215/year, and a child under the age of 14 for $165/year.
Plus a discount on all other dental services that ranges from 15%-25%.
